Promotion rules, rewards, and bonus-credit terms
This page covers the current draft rules for milestone rewards, trophies, badges, bonus credit, event promotions, and other LuxuryVault incentives. Promotion-specific pages can add more detail, but these are the default rules behind the system.
Effective version 2026-07-29
Scope of promotional rules
These rules apply to bonus credit, preload bonuses, milestone rewards, trophies, badges, referral offers, VIP rewards, giveaways, and other site promotions unless a promotion states otherwise.
Promotion-specific pages may add extra rules, deadlines, eligibility limits, or claim instructions.
Bonus credit
Bonus credit is promotional closed-loop site credit only, not cash, and may not be transferable or withdrawable.
Promotional credit may be limited to eligible products, minimum spend levels, or defined event windows.
If a related funding transaction is reversed or disputed, associated bonus credit may be reduced, cancelled, or clawed back.
Milestones, trophies, and badges
Milestones, trophies, and badges are loyalty or entertainment features that may reflect wallet loads, event participation, pulls, or other activity.
These status markers do not create ownership rights, cash rights, guaranteed allocations, or permanent membership benefits unless we state that clearly.
We may rename, rebalance, retire, or replace milestone programs at our discretion.
Eligibility and abuse controls
Promotions may be limited by geography, account age, identity status, device, payment method, prior activity, or risk review.
We may refuse, cancel, or reverse promotional benefits when we detect duplicate accounts, scripted behavior, referral abuse, payment abuse, or other manipulation.
We may require additional verification before honoring larger promotional awards or event-linked bonuses.
Timing and expiration
Promotions may begin and end at specific dates, times, inventory thresholds, or event milestones.
Where a promotion includes an expiry or claim window, the stated deadline controls even if a user does not log in during that period.
We may end or modify a promotion early when required for legal, technical, inventory, or fraud reasons.
Published return or value examples
Average return, box value, and buyback illustrations are transparency tools and not a promise of individual outcome.
Promotional references to excitement, upside, premium access, or win-rate storytelling must be read together with the current published odds and product disclosures.
Host and event discretion
Live hosts, moderators, and admins may manage pacing, queue order, spotlight moments, or replay sequences for production reasons.
Unless we explicitly promise otherwise, promotional event presentation does not change the underlying inventory, odds, or customer account rights.
Promotions draft status
These promotional rules are an implementation draft and should still be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
