Terms, wallet conditions, and LuxuryVault participation rules

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your login credentials secure, and update your account details if they change.

You are responsible for activity through your account unless it results from our own unauthorized access or negligence.

We may suspend, limit, or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, sanction risk, unlawful conduct, or material violations of site policies.

Wallet balances are closed-loop BuyTheBag site credit intended only for purchases, pulls, fees, promotions, and approved on-platform adjustments.

Unless required by law, wallet credit has no cash redemption right, cannot be transferred to another customer, and cannot be withdrawn to a bank, card, or third-party wallet.

Promotional bonuses, trophies, milestones, and event rewards may have separate restrictions, expiry dates, or cancellation rights.

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and similar instant methods may be credited more quickly than ACH or bank-transfer methods.

ACH debit, Wise, and other bank-based methods may remain pending until verification, settlement, fraud screening, and operational review are complete.

We may delay, reverse, or refuse wallet credit when a payment fails, is disputed, is unauthorized, or triggers fraud, compliance, or source-of-funds review.

LuxuryVault and other mystery-pull products involve chance-based allocation from a disclosed inventory pool, and the odds can change as items are opened.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are purchasing an entertainment-based chance product tied to real physical inventory and not a guaranteed resale profit.

Displayed values, rarity labels, reveal animations, host commentary, and excitement cues are informational and promotional only unless expressly stated as a contractual promise.

Where we publish odds, those odds reflect the remaining inventory and weight mix known to our system at the time the page is generated.

Published odds may update after each completed pull, sell-out event, admin correction, import correction, or inventory pause.

Average return, reference value, and buyback metrics are illustrative transparency tools and do not represent guaranteed profit, future market value, or cash outcome.

Buyback percentages, item eligibility, timing, and claim windows may vary by product or event and are governed by the rules shown for that product at the time of purchase.

Shipment requests require a valid registered address and may be delayed, refused, or cancelled if the address is incomplete, restricted, mismatched, or fails verification.

We may cancel clearly erroneous listings, prices, credits, or allocations created by system, import, or human error.
